Rent the upstairs space by the hour and make it your own.
Perfect for workshops, meetings, classes, book clubs, celebrations, small retreats, private gatherings and whatever else you have in mind.
$40/hour • 2-hour minimum
Your rental includes the private space, tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, speakers, setup and cleanup.
You bring what you need for your event.
I'll make sure the room is ready for you.

You don't need me to create it for you.
You need a place to make it happen—and maybe a little help getting it off the ground.
With our 60/40 arrangement, you bring your expertise and lead the event.
I provide the space and the support we agree on, which can include promotion, registration, ticket collection, attendee communication, setup and cleanup.
You receive 60%.
I receive 40%.
The 40% covers the space and agreed-upon event support.
There’s no flat space rental to pay upfront, and we both have a reason to help fill the room.
